Letta Publisher

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy covers Letta Publisher, the tool used by Letta Edit to prepare and publish its own content on Instagram and YouTube and respond to requested Instagram interactions. It is operated by Lucio Ariel Sanahuja Paz (Letta Edit), Argentina. For privacy questions, contact lettaedit@gmail.com.

This policy concerns the publisher and its social integrations. The Letta Edit store has separate information about purchases, payments and advertising available through its Privacy and Cookies links.

Information we process

How we use this information

We use the information to publish Letta Edit content, operate authorized account connections, respond to product-link requests, check eligibility for the requested follow-up and troubleshoot delivery. We do not sell or rent this information.

Comment-to-DM automation

When enabled, a comment containing letta or a supported spelling variation can trigger one private response asking you to follow @lettaedit and reply DONE. After you reply, the tool attempts to verify follow status and sends the store link only if that check succeeds. Following alone does not trigger the second message. Delivery depends on platform permissions and availability.

A request for this link does not enroll you in an email newsletter. You can stop participating by not replying further or by blocking or restricting the account in Instagram. Contact us if you want the associated records deleted.

Storage and service providers

Publishing and DM records and authorized account credentials are stored in the operator-controlled environment running Letta Publisher. Credentials are used for authorized API requests and are not published on this website. Queue records are accessible to the operator for administration and support.

Meta and Google process interactions and content through their own services and APIs. Cloudflare may relay webhook requests to the publisher. Netlify hosts this public policy page. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services, under their own privacy policies. Local AI tools may analyze Letta Edit's supplied videos to prepare publishing text; the DM workflow does not send commenters' messages to those AI tools.

Retention

We retain publishing records and minimal interaction identifiers while needed to operate the tool, maintain publication history and prevent repeated sends. The current DM queue does not automatically erase records when a reply window expires. Account credentials are retained while the connection is used. You may request deletion using the process below.

Your choices and account access

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of records associated with you by emailing lettaedit@gmail.com. Authorized account owners can also revoke the app's access through their Meta or Google account settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically erase existing local records; request deletion separately if needed.

Request deletion of your data

Email lettaedit@gmail.com with the subject Letta Publisher — Data Deletion. Include your Instagram username and, if available, a link to the relevant post or conversation. If you connected a professional account, identify that account too. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the affected account to prevent unauthorized deletion. We will review the request, remove the associated records and credentials we control where applicable, and confirm the outcome by email. This is a manual request process; this page does not itself delete data.

Deletion covers records held by Letta Publisher. Messages, comments and published videos already held by Instagram, Facebook or YouTube must also be managed through those services. Limited records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute; we will explain any such limitation.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its revision date if the publisher's data practices change. Questions or requests can be sent to lettaedit@gmail.com.
